"Rétnik - Kashubian demon deceiving people with magic music. He was also known for tossing musicians enchanted instruments or enchanting their own. He was especially active during Lent and Advent, when fun was prohibited.
A wooden figure depicting Rétnik, as one of the 13 figures of the tourist trail "Feel the Kashubian spirit" co-financed from EU funds and made by Jan Redźko on the basis of the study "Gods and spirits of our ancestors. A contribution to the Kashubian mythology" by Aleksander Labuda , can be found in the village of Line.
